Omotade Akintola, Accounting & Finance Manager

Omotade is a finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. At WITNESS, she oversees the accounting and financial administration of the organization, including day-to-day accounting and general ledger, fiscal analysis, A/P and A/R, internal controls, leads and manages the external audit, funder-specific audit, and tax filing.  

Prior to joining WITNESS, Omotade spent 10 years in the Quest Group (the Merchant and Investment Banking arm of FBN Holdings Plc.). She held positions including Investment Analyst within the Financial Control and later was an Associate in the Investment unit of FBNQuest Funds. Upon merger, she moved to the Financial Control function of FBNQuest Capital where she rose to become the Financial Controller in charge of reporting for FBNQuest Funds.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
