Pam Mudhray is a South African global transformation and organizational development professional committed to developing a more equal, respectful, inclusive, responsible and dignified world. She currently serves as Director Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Development at Hult International Business School. She h as worked as peacekeeper and community mobilizer in preparation for the first democratic elections in South Africa and on the transformation of public health and education post-apartheid. Mudhray has worked extensively in the public health sector and to address gender based violence. She was a key member of the team which developed the first National AIDS Plan for South Africa. WITNESS welcomed her to its Board of Directors in January 2022. She serves on its Finance and Audit Committee.

Mudhray is an active volunteer, providing transition coaching to groups helping youth, refugees, asylum seekers, women, and migrant families navigating trauma and change.

WITNESS welcomes Mudhray’s global on-the-ground experience in leading organizations toward more sustainable practices, centered in principles of diversity, equity and inclusion.
